Leadership style focuses on managing relationships and conflict resolution. Program managers need to manage and facilitate the political aspects of the stakeholder management. Provide vision and leadership.

Ensure successful execution of individual projects by performing the tactical tasks needed to deliver them on time, within budget, and with the required functionality.
